The wine makers at Orleans Hill Winery have been producing wines for more than 30 years, and they have been producing organic wines for the past 20 years. They are certified organic by the California Certified Organic Farmers.  The color of the wine was a ruby red, and the aromas were of pepper, blackberries, and red raspberries. In the mouth were flavors of blackberries, raspberries, a hint of cherry, and the pepper which gave it the characteristic spice associated with a Zin. The wine is not as big and full as a lot of other Zin’s, instead it is medium bodied, and easy to drink.
