The Southern Bridal Show was a HUGE Success!

I want to thank Cheryl of Charleston PR, Mike  of  Blue Ray Print, Rhett, Steven, Anna Claire and all our kitchen crew for helping make our first bridal show a huge success.  We had the best spot, at the end by the stage which we used to our advantage.  We were rolling sushi on site as well as serving our famous Lowcountry Eggrolls and Caprese Skewers.  We went through 10 gallons of Strawberry Lemonade, 800 pieces of Lowcountry Eggroll bites, 400 Caprese (Tomato, Basil and Fresh Mozzarella) Skewers and 800 pieces of sushi in 4 hours!  Everyone was raving about the food.  All in all, it was a great day and we got to put a lot of smiles on people’s faces.

The Southern Bridal Show this Sunday, Feb 20, 2011

Savory Sushi & Catering will be participating in the Southern Bridal Show, this Sunday, February 20, 2011, at the North Charleston Collisium from 12 noon until 5pm.  I have been working hard to prepare us for our first exhibit booth and am very excited about our progress and know you will be too!
