served with Fresh Mozzarella and Plum Tomatoes, Toasted Pine Nuts, Red Onion and Lemon finished with a Creamy Basil Vinaigrette

Mediterranean Chicken Club $11   

Marinated Chicken Breast smothered with Melted Fresh Mozzarella then topped with Bacon, Caramelized Onions, Roasted Red Peppers, Tomatoes and Spinach.  Served on Hawaiian Bread with a Pesto Aioli. 

Italian Stallion $10 

Specialty Sushi Roll with Grilled Sopressata, Fresh Mozzarella and Sundried Tomatoes then Tempura Fried and finished with a Balsamic Fig Jam

Employer Taxes Are Out of Control!!!!

I just wanted to say that for 2011, we now pay 24.7% of our gross labor in employer taxes!!!  That means that we now pay more in taxes than we do in rent per month. 

Am I the only one who thinks that is insane?
